Where we cook
We are a mobile catering service — the chef and the spit come to your venue or home. There is no walk-in premises to visit.

What we will ask you
- Date and serving time — the time you want to eat, not the time guests arrive
- Headcount — an estimate is fine at this stage
- Where — suburb, or the venue name if it is a wedding
- Meat — lamb, pork or chicken, or ask us to recommend against your budget
- Halaal? — and whether the whole event is halaal or only some guests
- Anything else — vegetarian numbers, allergies, venue restrictions
Holding a date. We can hold a date informally for about a week while you decide. A deposit confirms it. December and summer Saturdays move fast, so if the date is fixed it is worth confirming early.

You get a written quote with a fixed per-person price, what is included, and the deposit terms. No call-out fee, no charge for quoting, and no obligation.
